Great to meet you!

Life isn't a prison; it's a playground. I want to help you break free from oppressive constructs and trauma. Learning to be goofy is a form of resistance. Let’s rediscover, play together, and watch what emerges. There is no good or bad, just grist for the goofy mill. If you're queer/trans, you deserve a safe space to heal, free from the drain of having to educate your therapist about your identity. If you've experienced trauma, I see you, hear you, and I believe you. Together, we'll focus on healing, empowerment, and reconnecting with your inner child, so you can live with emotional congruence.

My approach to therapy

I offer trauma-informed practices such as somatic IFS, relational therapy, narrative therapy, transpersonal therapy, and various somatic techniques. My approach helps clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that became fragmented or lost due to trauma. Healing occurs when these parts are met with compassion, attunement, and love.

What you can expect from me

With your enthusiastic consent, we can begin the process of reconnecting with your authentic self and healing from past trauma. You deserve a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to heal and be seen. All your parts are welcome here.
