Great to meet you!

My name is Nurse Rose, a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. I specialize in culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and adults. At The Rose Yarde Psych & IV Med Spa, I offer medication management, psychotherapy, IV wellness infusions, and hormone therapy. Passionate about suicide prevention and empowering others, I’m here to help clients achieve health, healing, and balance in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, holistic, and client-centered. I create a safe space where clients feel seen and valued, tailoring care to their unique needs. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices like psychotherapy, medication management, and wellness treatments (IV infusions, hormone therapy), I empower clients to take charge of their mental health. My focus is on fostering resilience, growth, and balance for a fulfilling, thriving life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling supported, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward their mental health and wellness goals. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings. Together, we develop personalized strategies to address challenges, foster resilience, and achieve balance in life. Clients often gain clarity, practical tools, and a renewed sense of hope and confidence to thrive.
