Great to meet you!

I have been working in the field of Behavioral Health for almost 20 yrs

My approach to therapy

I provide Telehealth Therapy to clients who are seeking an opportunity to share openly and without judgement in a safe place. I use a client centered treatmentnt plans and evidenced based solutions to ensure client feels empowered. My main goal is to ensure a client leaves a session with me, feeling empowered and motivated to make the changes necessary to balance their Mind, Body and Spirit..

What you can expect from me

The client can expect to spend the hr. sharing openly. Which ensures we discuss sensitive issues that may be related to previous relationships and childhood experiences as these events shape our personalities and can Impact our adult lives. It is my desire to be a supportive Therapist who can gently explore clients childhood and any traumatic experiences that may have shaped their outlook on life. I do feel this is necessary for healing .
