Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, female, POC, passionate about helping you through life’s challenges. I work with clients struggling with cultural issues, life transitions, relationships, loss & grief. These struggles can make you feel anxious, depressed, and out of control. I aspire to empower you and help you regain control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapeutic interventions. Using a person-centered psychotherapeutic approach, I strive to create a safe space for you to explore yourself without judgment. My goal as a therapist is for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and to provide you with the proper tools to meet your goals.
