I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 15+ years of professional experience. I have experience in counseling adults; children and adolescent (teens); LGBTQIA+, couples, and elder clients coping with addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, anger management, self-motivation, relationship issues, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe you are the expert of your story and have many God-given strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My approach to therapy

I believe in a person centered approach to that allows you the patient to be involved and interactive in the therapeutic process. I take an eclectic approach to therapy to provide the therapeutic benefits of all techniques that may be needed to achieve the therapeutic benefits throughout the therapeutic treatment process. I provide Christian counseling, individual counseling/therapy, family counseling/therapy services, couples counseling/therapy, I provide counseling to Veterans and Active Duty Service Members and their families. I provide counseling to the LGBTQIA+ community and their families. I provide counseling across a multicultural group of communities of people. I also provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) assessments, Individual and Group Substance Use Counseling, Anger Management Assessments, Anger Management Groups, and I also provide counseling to individuals for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and individuals with private insurance and private pay.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a learning session with gathering insight and information that will be needed for our treatment plan and process. The first session will include a discussion of your needs and your issues that have occurred to cause you to seek solutions for your issues that caused you to come to therapy. We will also stabilize any pressing concerns that may be present.
