Great to meet you!

My approach is rooted in trust, empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. I believe that meaningful change begins in a safe, supportive relationship where you feel seen and understood. I strive to create an environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, without judgment. I have had experience working with all ages- spanning from private practice, community mental health, school social work / school based therapy, and residential treatment centers. While I love working with children and adolescents, I also provide space for adults and parents.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and curiosity. I believe each person’s experiences and inner world are unique, and I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, and what’s getting in the way. I bring creative thinking and clinical tools to help guide the process, offering perspectives and strategies when they feel helpful. My goal is to support and empower you in moving toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change—on terms that feel authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will provide space for you to share what you feel comfortable with, your hopes/goals for therapy, and ensure that our personalities are a good fit for one another. I believe that the best therapeutic relationships are rooted in connection, so our first session will really focus on that.
