Great to meet you!

If you're navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, or carrying the weight of military service, you don't have to do it alone. I'm a therapist based in Central Florida with over 30 years in the behavioral health field, and I specialize in helping people find their footing again — whether that's adjusting to a new season of life, healing from a difficult experience, or working through the complexities of relationships. I have a particular passion for working with older adults, and I also provide military resilience support for veterans and service members.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, encouraging, and structured. I use an integrated style that draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, but what makes my sessions different is that I show up as an accountability partner, not just a listener. I assign homework and follow through on it alongside you — because lasting change happens between sessions, not just during them. Clients often tell me they appreciate the structure and leave with a clear sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. You'll have the chance to share what's brought you to therapy, and I'll walk you through how I work, what our sessions will look like, and what we'll work toward together. You'll leave knowing you've been heard and with a sense of what comes next. My goal is for you to walk out the door feeling seen, supported, and ready to do the work.
