My approach to therapy

As a solution-focused therapist, she incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy into her approach with a goal to help people lead a life that is worth celebrating. She has had the opportunity to work with a broad variety of people from many different cultures, experiences, ethnicities, and socio-economic backgrounds. She relishes working with those confronted with Q community issues and couples who aspire to extract more from themselves and contribute to a life that is productive and purposeful.

What you can expect from me

She finds enjoyment in helping those working through issues that interrupt their lives such as anxiety and depression. She also strives to help couples maintain a healthy relationship while building skills to enhance their cohesion as she is Prepare/Enrich certified. She also experiences gratification in advocating for those in the Q community and bridging the gap of understanding for those who may have misconceptions about LBGTQIA issues.
