Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what’s on your mind.

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to counseling, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals because healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to support you. My hope is that you’ll leave sessions feeling heard, empowered, and equipped with the skills and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based techniques to help clients gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore new perspectives, and create practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing a plan that feels right for you.
