Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with sadness, anxiety, relationship conflicts, or negative habits, I'm here to help. My therapeutic approach aims to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Together, we'll develop practical tools and gain new perspectives to help you improve your well-being and purpose. I use a holistic approach to diagnose psychiatric disorders and use medication therapy when necessary.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My areas of expertise include mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, psychotic symptoms, and substance abuse, with a particular focus on helping both youth and adults recover from traumatic experiences. I am trained in somatic experiencing, trauma-focused CBT, and EMDR, a groundbreaking technique for treating specific traumatic experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help you gain understanding, acceptance, and openness to new possibilities for growth, resilience, and healing. I believe that everyone is created with a purpose and has the potential to learn, grow, and thrive in any circumstance. Take the next step by requesting an appointment at www.verdantbehavioralhealth.com. Thank you.
