Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness. I received my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College and my B.A. in Psychology from St. Francis College.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to manage the emotional weight they've been carrying; often tied to past experiences, relationships, or family dynamics. They're seeking a safe, understanding space where they don't have to explain themselves or feel judged. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered, and always tailored to your unique needs. I believe in creating a space where you feel supported, validated, and empowered to work through what's holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a brave step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I'd be honored to support you every step of the way.
