Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns? With compassion and clarity, i’ll walk with you as you heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges—from relationship struggles to the lasting effects of trauma. My trauma-informed approach addresses the root causes of anxiety, fosters self-awareness, and deepens relational attunement so you can thrive. I work with individuals and couples, with special care for immigration, acculturation, and BIPOC experiences.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood and safe enough to be honest—at your own pace. Rather than pushing quick fixes, I focus on helping clients build internal safety, reconnect with their bodies and emotions, and gently process experiences that still live in the nervous system. I’m especially attentive to how early relationships, identity, culture, and meaning shape the way we relate to ourselves and others today.

I often work with clients who are highly self-aware yet still feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with self-worth, or carry a sense that something is wrong with them despite years of effort or previous therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m both compassionate and direct, and that I take time to understand their inner world rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward feeling more whole, grounded and connected.
