My name is Arrey Eyongherok I am a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner specialized as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & a Family Nurse Practitioner. My experiences include working with pediatrics, adults, elderly & pregnant women. I specialize in Substance abuse disorder, depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar, Borderline personality disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorders, eating disorders, psychosis, Multiple personalities disorder, Insomnia, &PTSD/trauma

My inpatient & outpatient's skills allow me to provide high quality, safe & efficient care. My approach to care focuses on providing an integrated mode of care which offers my patients with integrated services to consist of primary Care, behavioral health, & addiction services. Hence utilizing an integrated model of care allows me to collaborate with other providers & specialties to deliver safe, efficient, & high-quality care which addresses substance use, mental health, & other medical needs.

Irrespective of my approach to care as your behavioral therapist I will listen without judgment and assist my patients find solutions to the challenges they have encountered.

Also, my approach to care targets a holistic way of treating the individual as a whole and address other ailments related to mental health and addiction.
