Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Arrione.

Has there ever been a time in your life when you felt disconnected from yourself or from your life’s purpose? Perhaps you were in a hard place where it seemed like dark clouds followed you everywhere you went-and you just couldn’t find inner peace. As a Master's level practitioner from the University of Central Florida, I have been working with hurting individuals for nearly 10 years, helping them overcome personal challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am able to successfully meet client’s where they are. Thereby, strengthening the therapeutic relationship, and effectively establishing trust which are the foundational components of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing etc.

What you can expect from me

In our follow-up sessions, we'll discuss a variety of topics including presenting problems, any symptoms you may be experiencing, challenges and obstacles to change, assign homework tasks, and dive into coping skills as needed.
