Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Arryel Womble and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who assists individuals with meeting their goals by breaking negative routines and habits. Healing is accomplished by meeting you halfway. This requires me to be open, nonjudgmental, and compassionate to your life experiences. I draw from a variety of methods to tailor the treatment to your needs. By taking a realistic, down-to-earth approach to counseling, together, we will recognize your strengths and meet your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, where each session is tailored to fit the client’s needs. The best way to help clients is by creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment in which clients can heal, thrive, and navigate through their life’s path.

What you can expect from our first session

Goals I typically set for my clients are;

1) Develop healthy coping mechanisms for managing anxiety, stress and depression.

2) Increase emotional awareness and regulation through mindfulness and self-reflection.

3) Utilize grounding techniques to manage trauma related symptoms.

4) Learn conflict resolution strategies and emotional validation techniques.

5) Explore values, strengths, and personal identity for greater self- awareness.
