Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field since 2013, serving adults and older adults through many of life’s challenges. I value compassion, authenticity, and creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and supported. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who desire to incorporate their faith into therapy, while warmly welcoming clients of all backgrounds and beliefs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and circumstances while identifying practical steps toward change. When desired, I can also integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for me to hear your story and understand what brought you to therapy. We will discuss the challenges you are facing, what you hope will change, and begin identifying realistic goals together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
