Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker providing compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and stress-related concerns. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

I believe therapy should be a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I work with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation while supporting overall mental wellness and resilience.

I have experience supporting individuals through major life stressors such as loss, relationship challenges, job transitions, and adjustment difficulties. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support them in moving toward stability, clarity, and emotional balance.

Whether you are experiencing a difficult season or seeking long-term personal growth, I am here to support you in your journey toward healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused approaches to help clients develop practical tools they can use in daily life. I also incorporate grief-informed care when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space to share what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work on. I will ask questions about current concerns, history, and goals to better understand their needs. We will also review confidentiality and how therapy works. The session focuses on building rapport, identifying initial treatment goals, and creating a collaborative plan for ongoing sessions.
