Great to meet you!

I'm a Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) clinician, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). My advanced training includes Brainspotting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Additionally, my extensive background in mindfulness practices enhances my ability to facilitate profound inner healing and lasting relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD (CPTSD). My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities to help them process emotional pain, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop greater resilience and self-awareness.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and adults navigating life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals struggling with childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress related to high-pressure careers. My approach is grounded in cultural sensitivity and a deep commitment to meeting each client where they are in their healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm a compassionate and insightful therapist who blends advanced trauma-focused therapies—such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting—with mindfulness-based techniques. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, creating a safe space where you’ll feel understood, empowered, and guided toward lasting transformation. I tailor therapy uniquely to your needs and am passionate about helping you reconnect authentically with your true self.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients frequently experience rapid relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. My goal extends beyond symptom relief: you can expect meaningful change, clarity, emotional freedom, and a profound sense of inner peace. Together, we'll unlock your inherent strengths, resolve past struggles, and empower you to confidently embrace an authentic and fulfilling life.
