Great to meet you!

I work with individual adults who need more help with overcoming mental health challenges. I'm a licensed therapist and have experience treating depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal issues, OCD, grief/loss and panic disorder. I have worked as an outpatient therapist for 3.5 years and also have experience working in the inpatient and community settings.

My approach to therapy

I learned that each client requires a tailored approach for what their needs and goals are for therapy. Some clients need a direct approach with a modality like CBT or ERP while others need supportive psychotherapy. Through my experience as a therapist I have found that most clients benefit from learning more about themselves. I am optimistic and tend to push for my clients to believe in themselves.

What you can expect from me

The first session or two consists of discussing history, assessing symptoms, establishing goals and working on building rapport and therapeutic alliance.
