Hi, I know seeking mental health care can be hard but you are taking the first step. I am here to help.

I am Arthur Flores "Art", I am ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Rainbow Mental Health. I have a variety of clinical experiences working with LGBTQIA+ and culturally diverse patient populations that help me create a space for individuals to feel seen, respected, and understood. I am passionate about delivering individualized evidence-based psychiatric treatment in a safe and judgement free environment, whether that is virtual or in-person. My practice is rooted in respect, compassion, and the understanding that everyone’s path to mental wellness is unique and I welcome you to share your struggles. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my pets, playing video games and diving into the worlds of anime.

My practice is patient-focused which means I try to empower my patients to reach their goals. I will take the time to get to know your unique needs. I will work with you to build a collaborative plan of care. I focus treatment on current evidence-based treatment approaches. Everyone comes to the table with unique needs and goals and we can work together to find the best solution that works for you.
