Great to meet you!

My primary clinical interests and experiences include working with adults and teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, and relationship and attachment issues. In my practice, I incorporate person-centered and psychodynamic techniques along with elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and collaborative relationship with my clients, characterized by frank and direct communication. When we first begin our work together, we’ll start by discussing what you need me to know about you and what brings you to therapy. My approach to therapy is largely centered on the idea that you are the expert on yourself, while my job is to help you get to know yourself even more deeply.

What you can expect from me

What clients can expect to take away from sessions with me, above all, is a sense of progress. Progress does not mean finding a quick fix for your problems, but it manifests as the ability to look at things in a new way. I find the most success in working with clients who have a clear sense of what they want to get out of the experience or are at least motivated to figure it out.
