Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to face the day? When the world stops making sense and nothing feels meaningful, it can be hard to know where to turn. Welcome to my practice—a space built on trust, compassion, and genuine support. Whoever you are and whatever pain you're carrying, you deserve to be met with authenticity and deep respect. I work with neurodiverse adults and teens — those navigating autism, ADHD, OCD, and trauma — as well as first-generation Americans balancing cultural identity, family expectations, and workplace stress. If you've felt misunderstood or overwhelmed, this is a space to be seen, supported, and truly understood.

Raised between Hong Kong and the U.S., I learned early how culture shapes identity. Volunteering in ERs and working with veterans in college sparked my passion for trauma care. I trained across psychiatric units, schools, and treatment centers at all levels of care, drawn here by the belief everyone deserves to feel understood.

My approach to therapy

My areas of specialty in which other clients have been helped include: trauma, addiction, teenagers, neurodiversity, and relational conflicts for individuals and families. Your therapy will utilize expertise from evidence-based practices, including EMDR, CBT, and others.

What you can expect from me

We start by defining what wellness looks like for you, then build a flexible roadmap together. I draw from EMDR, CBT, ERP, DBT, and attachment-based approaches — tailoring the work to fit you, not the other way around. We check in often, adjust as life shifts, and celebrate progress along the way.

Our first session is a relaxed conversation — no pressure. We'll explore what brought you in, your history, and what you hope to change. Together we'll outline a personalized plan that fits your needs, pace, and life. You'll leave with clarity and a clear sense of next steps.
