My approach to therapy

I think therapy should be a fun experience to make some of the harder stuff more palatable. I promise to be extremely real with you and not sugar coat anything -- I respect my and your time more than that. I also promise to supply some terrible dad jokes like--How do two therapists greet each other? You're fine, How am I? -- I'm very excited to go on this journey with you and get you feeling how you want and deserve to feel.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me you can expect to be heard and not judged. So often the first session is about feeling each other out and then releasing a lot of stuff you've been holding onto for far too long and I'm here for it. I always say therapy is nothing more than two people having a conversation so don't be anxious.
