Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a PhD in International Psychology and a passion for helping people navigate life's difficult and sometimes unexpected seasons. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard without judgement, and gain the support you need to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and down to earth. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to help you better understand what may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have. Together, we'll explore different perspectives, identify practical solutions, and develop strategies that feel realistic for your life. I tailor our work to your individual needs and goals, drawing from cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, solution-focused, and trauma informed approaches.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace-there's no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your whole story at once. Together, we'll identify what feels most important to you and begin developing goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with the changes you want to make.
