Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate and culturally responsive space for healing and self-discovery. I work with adults & couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you are balancing traditional values with modern life, coping with loss, or adjusting to a new phase in your journey, therapy can be a place to find clarity and peace. Clients describe me as a great listener, patient, warm and open minded.

My approach to therapy

Being a first generation immigrant myself, I have a deep understanding of the unique experiences faced by South Asian individuals and families, including the pressures of high achievement, intergenerational expectations, & cultural identity challenges. I speak Hindi and Urdu - happy to consult with people who don't speak English as their first language.

What you can expect from me

I use techniques such as EFT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and mindfulness-based practices among others with a culturally sensitive lens. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore emotions, and build tools for resilience and growth. My goal is to support you in understanding your story and creating change that feels authentic
