Great to meet you!

Welcome,

My name is Mrs. Jackson, and I bring over nine years of experience as a social worker. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). In addition to my professional background, I have proudly served in the military, which has further shaped my perspective and commitment to helping others.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, family-related concerns, and trauma. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, supportive, and client-centered care.

I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Above all, my goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make changes that align with who you are and what matters most to you.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches depending on what best fits you. This can include helping you explore how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors, building coping strategies for stress or anxiety, improving communication and relationships, and increasing self-awareness. I also pay attention to the bigger picture—how your environment, past experiences, and personal values shape your current challenges.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative, where you can speak openly at your own pace.Overall, the first session is about building comfort and trust, gaining a clearer sense of direction, and helping you leave with at least a small sense of relief, understanding, or hope for what’s ahead.
