Aryanna Klemme

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, practicing since 2021. I have 8 years of experience working in mental health, including 6.5 years working within residential treatment programs serving individuals ages 14+. I have a background working with individuals who are challenged by OCD, anxiety, emotional dysreglation, self-injury and suicidality, as well as addiction/substance abuse. I received my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

It's important for me in my practice to support my clients with identifying and understanding their emotions so they can improve their connection to themselves and others. My sessions are informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies.

I prioritize finding a balance between acceptance and change, meeting you where you are at while encouraging and challenging you to create a life aligned with your values and helping you to achieve your therapy goals. It is my goal that you feel empowered and supported as you start to make long-lasting changes in your life.
