Great to meet you!

Hello! Ari here.

I'm here to help you become the best version of yourself. We'll work together to help you identify roadblocks and support you through whatever you're struggling with.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My philosophy is to take clients to the water AND teach them how to fish. I focus on keen listening and offer a fresh perspective to help understand everyday thoughts and feelings.

We will utilize psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to regain control of automatic thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

My main goal is to listen, understand, and mainly empower you. I offer a very relaxed atmosphere and approach to therapy, making you feel like you're being heard and understood.

Our sessions will help you walk away feeling like you understand yourself and your life in a way you may not have seen before.
