I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), solution-focused, and narrative therapy.
Not every client is looking for the same thing, and that's okay. Most clients come to me for anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief, or work-related stress. What they often gain: a measurable reduction in distressing symptoms, emotional relief, and new perspectives on their circumstances. Sessions are 100% online, in English or Spanish.
