Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ash a LCSW dedicated to helping individuals find balance, resilience, and self-compassion through life’s challenges. My approach is fun, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation where you can fully be yourself ...no judgment, just genuine support and practical tools to help you grow.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and rediscover your sense of confidence and purpose.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to create meaningful progress ... one step at a time- teamwork!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible.... because no two people are the same. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported, not judged or “fixed.” Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and find practical, meaningful ways to move forward. Whether it’s learning new coping skills, improving relationships, or finding calm in the chaos, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, real, and empowering!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you — no pressure, no need to have it all figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions to get a better sense of your story, but it’s really more of a conversation than an interview.

You can expect a calm, judgment-free space where you can just be yourself. Some people share a lot right away, and others take time... both are completely okay. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and maybe a little lighter knowing you don’t have to carry everything alone anymore.
