Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like no matter how hard you try—at work, school, or in your relationships—it’s never enough? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, battling anxiety or depression, or feeling isolated in a world that often seems disconnected. If so, you’re not alone. And if you’ve made it this far, take a moment to recognize your strength—it takes courage to begin this journey.

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma, including domestic violence, bullying, betrayal, and physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences and build tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and reclaim your sense of self.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. You deserve a space where you can show up as your full self and feel genuinely heard and supported. Whether you're navigating identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or trauma, healing is possible—and it starts with one brave step.

Let’s begin with a free 15-minute consultation. You don’t have to do this alone. Your healing matters—and it starts now.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative therapy approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. This allows us to tailor your therapy experience to fit you—your needs, your pace, your goals.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to understand that therapy is not about finding "what is wrong with you". It is about finding out "what is right with you". I want my clients to leave therapy with a greater appreciation for their strengths, confidence in their relationships, and a renewed outlook on their life experiences. I want my clients to leave therapy with a fresh relationship with themselves.
