I practice radical acceptance and work on meeting my client where they are at. I have been practicing for 4 years in a variety of settings and I have a passion for my work. I prioritize assisting my clients in finding a path that is right for them.
It is hard for a therapist to be able to help on the therapeutic journey without knowing the client as a person. I take the time to know my clients in order to better understand what steps need to be taken to improve mental health.
Some people come to therapy with goals in mind while others don't and that's okay! I strive to make a safe space in order for client to develop a better understanding of themselves and their needs. From there we take the journey together to reaching the self that you want to be.
