Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a powerful space to tend to the emotions (grief, pain, sadness, uncertainty) that might be holding you back from fully engaging in life. Together, we’ll create a space where we can practice vulnerability, cultivate hope, and explore your sense of both yourself and your place in the world.

My goal is to empower you to develop self-trust and self-compassion while making sense of the unknown (and sometimes unknowable) aspects of life. I’ll be there beside you during difficult moments, but I’ll also be there holding space for your joy and laughter as part of your healing too.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, personable, and warm. I use an eclectic framework, pulling from feminist, person-centered, and existential theories to support folks on their journeys. I also seek to draw from pro-liberation and trauma-informed lenses in my practice.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on curiosity and exploration of your hopes, dreams, and goals surrounding therapy (and in the world!).
