Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Georgia. I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Legal Studies and Feminist Studies from the University of California Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. My specialty is addressing life transitions, particularly the perinatal spectrum.

My approach to therapy

I adopt a holistic approach to therapy, prioritizing the creation of a therapeutic environment for clients both within and outside of sessions. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, drawing from EMDR, TF-CBT, and Mindfulness. While I support individuals with diverse presentations, my primary focus is Maternal Mental Health.

What you can expect from me

Within the first session, my clients can expect a safe and supportive environment to reflect and embark on a journey of self-discovery. They can expect an active and engaged thought partner who serves as a mirror, providing clarity and alternative perspectives. I often set goals to help clients reduce anxiety, improve their interpersonal relationships, increase their boundary-setting skills, enhance their self-awareness, and prioritize self-care.
