Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. I believe therapy should feel like a grounding and affirming space—where your voice is heard, your story matters, and your healing is honored. As a soul-centered therapist, I bring cultural humility, creativity, and compassion into every session. I have experience working in nonprofit, school-based, and community mental health settings, and I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, children, teens, and families. This work is rooted in my belief in the power of community, connection, and reclaiming joy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, inclusive, and trauma-informed. I integrate mindfulness, movement, storytelling, and nature-based talk therapy, while drawing from narrative and multicultural frameworks. I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—therapy should honor your culture, creativity, and lived experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we move at your pace, focusing on building resilience, self-awareness, and wholeness across mind, body, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to themselves. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating life transitions, or exploring identity, my goal is for you to feel supported, heard, and reminded of your inner strength. Together, we’ll work on tools and insights that promote emotional clarity, self-trust, and the ability to thrive—not just survive. Each session is a step toward reclaiming your voice, rewriting your narrative, and nurturing lasting change.
