Great to meet you!

Hi beautiful Human,

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) with an MSW from USC, and 10+ years in the mental health field.

Most Importantly, I have a passion for helping individuals of the global Majority (Indigenous, African, Asian, or Latin American descent) and veterans obtain the skills and tools necessary to not only survive but thrive mentally and emotionally.

My approach to therapy

I offer an open-minded, easy-going, and supportive, solution focused approach with an emphasis on life transitions, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, addressing people pleasing behaviors, and oppression. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-educational groups, Crisis intervention, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and trauma informed care.

What you can expect from me

I use an integrative approach that will be tailored to your specific needs. I provide a safe and compassionate space where collaboration and empowerment are at the forefront of my practice. Setting goals isn't about achieving them, it is about mapping out the most effective route to succeed while obtaining them. Let's explore whether we are a good fit.
