Great to meet you!

Therapist for Millennials & Caregivers | Healing Burnout, Anxiety & Generational Trauma

You’re the one who keeps everything together—until it starts falling apart. You’ve always been the strong one, the fixer, the emotional backbone. But lately, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected from who you really are. I help high-functioning millennials, caregivers, and adult children of emotionally immature parents break free from cycles of burnout, guilt, and people-pleasing. My approach is warm, direct, and trauma-informed, grounded in deep listening and helping you reclaim your emotional space.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I meet clients where they are, while gently helping them explore the patterns that keep them feeling stuck—especially in relationships, family dynamics, and how they show up for themselves. I incorporate elements of narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and family systems work to help clients connect the dots between their past and present, while developing new tools for emotional clarity and boundary-setting.

I also take a culturally aware, trauma-informed lens—understanding how race, gender, family roles, and systemic stress impact mental health. My goal is to create a space where you can stop performing and start being.
