Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that reaching out for therapy can sometimes feel difficult, and my goal is to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, sleep difficulties, stress management concerns, anger, panic symptoms, grief and loss, maternal mental health concerns, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to take the next step. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, identify your strengths, and begin building practical tools that support healing, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we will identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore practical solutions, build on your existing strengths, and develop healthy coping skills that can be used in everyday life.

I also draw from Prolonged Exposure, Behavioral Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy to tailor our work to your needs and goals. Depending on what brings you to therapy, we may focus on managing anxiety or depression, improving sleep, addressing ADHD symptoms, processing trauma or PTSD, reducing panic or anger, coping with grief, or navigating stress and life transitions. I believe therapy should not only provide a safe place to talk, but also help you gain insight, recognize your abilities, and take meaningful steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We will spend time getting to know one another and discussing your current concerns, life experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Together, we will begin identifying your goals and developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Over time, therapy can help you strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, better manage stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression, process difficult experiences, and feel more confident in your ability to move forward.
