🌟 Welcome! I'm Ashellee Toweh, a trauma therapist dedicated in supporting individuals of all ages navigating trauma, codependency, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. With specialized training in EMDR, TFCBT, and CFTSI.

In addition, I am here for parents and their little ones. I focus on helping pre- and post-partum parents foster healthy attachments and understand challenging behaviors with their children from birth to five.
