Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in the state of Washington, specializing in mental health therapy. I received my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Pacific Lutheran University. I have been working in the mental health field since 2013.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I use techniques from different therapy modalities in order to individualize my services for you. I often draw from modalities like Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and more.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you with a safe space and an open ear. I believe that health and well-being includes connections to others and that we hold the key to our own healing. I aim to help you discover that key, and join you on that path.
