Great to meet you!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2022 with a passion for transforming lives through expert care in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and certified Brainspotting Practitioner, skilled in delivering evidence-based therapies across diverse settings, including schools, medical facilities, community programs, and telehealth. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Behavioral Health with a focus on EMDR for pediatric medical traumatic stress, enhancing my ability to provide innovative, outcome-driven treatment plans. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, culturally responsive teletherapy and collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to foster client success.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma‐informed, strengths‐based care that blends evidence‐based therapies with compassionate, culturally responsive practice. Grounded in EMDR (EMDRIA‐certified), Brainspotting, DBT‐informed skills, CBT, and motivational interviewing, my work is collaborative and outcome‐driven: I partner with clients to stabilize distress, process painful experiences, and build practical skills that improve daily functioning. I tailor treatment to each person’s context — pediatric medical stress, family systems, school or community needs — and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, sustainable care.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as a focused compass-setting: we’ll create a warm, confidential space and I’ll help you tell the story that matters most right now. With gentle curiosity, I’ll gather a clinical snapshot — the chief concern, recent triggers, safety, strengths, and what a meaningful change would look like — while answering any questions about therapy. You’ll leave with a clear plan for next steps (brief stabilization techniques you can use immediately, one achievable homework item, and an outline of recommended approaches), so the work begins right away and feels safe, practical, and attuned to your goals.
