Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, credential school based therapist, advanced addiction treatment practitioner, veteran and proud mom of two school aged children - I offer genuine psychotherapeutic support that is mindfully seeking root causes of current symptomology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients from a variety of different problems, challenges and life circumstances. The majority of my professional experience has been in working with pre-teens/teens who struggle with suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, self-esteem/image, social emotional and other related behavioral concerns. As well as the veteran/military community and the unique needs of this special population. I also specialize in adults struggling with addiction, anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from our first session

If we are working together you can expect every session to have a 5-7 minute psycho-education material and there will be some application skills I ask that you try (as appropriate). We will then go into what the few topics are that you like to cover for that session. However, this is an overall structure, and YOU, the client are a big part of how that is decided in session. We will structure the sessions together to meet your goals!
