Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over five years of experience helping individuals navigate grief, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in supporting actors, musicians, and other creative professionals in the entertainment industry who want to heal beneath the surface and reconnect with their purpose. My approach blends compassion, evidence-based techniques, and a deep understanding of emotional expression and creative pressure. Together, we’ll create space for you to feel grounded, inspired, and fully yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with evidence-based modalities, and trauma-informed care—helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape their thoughts, relationships, and self-perception. Whether you’re processing grief, anxiety, or identity challenges, I create a safe, grounded space where you can understand yourself more fully and move toward lasting healing and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you’re invited to share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and the patterns or emotions you’d like to better understand. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and begin uncovering the underlying dynamics that influence your current experiences. Most clients leave feeling seen, supported, and hopeful—with a clear sense of direction for our work together.
