Great to meet you!

Through self-renewing rituals, I teach a client how to explore grounding, stillness, and presence. I utilize the body and movement as a resource to tap into wisdom, hidden processes, and realizations within the “Self” – mind/body/spirit/soul. I help guide a client to become more deeply connected to support fuller expression, health, and vitality.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based clinical approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy into my practice of supportive, direct, and genuinely compassionate care. As a licensed clinical social worker with five years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have worked extensively with individuals and families managing chronic illnesses, deep loss, and unexpected life transitions. I maintain specialized certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and palliative/end-of-life therapeutic care.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will dedicate ourselves to developing coping strategies for life's numerous stressors, encompassing depression, anxiety, transitions, loss, relationship friction, and other hurdles. I operate under the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and it is fundamental that we work together on the most personalized route to help you attain your goals, cultivate healing, and rebuild your life with newfound strength.
