Great to meet you!

Are you looking for an unbiased, compassionate professional to help you navigate life’s curveballs? I specialize in helping individuals process relational, career, racial, marital, and family challenges that often shake our identity and emotional stability. Whether the change is expected or sudden, therapy can offer a sense of direction and calm.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and have worked in a variety of clinical settings—including community agencies, psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and equine therapy farms. Now, I proudly own and operate my own private practice.

Using EMDR to address trauma, along with Bowenian, Structural, and Narrative Therapy models, I help clients uncover and shift unhelpful patterns. I’m not a long-term therapist—I focus on getting to the root of the issue and meeting your goals collaboratively. Many clients refer to me as the “Black Mary Poppins”—here when you need me, gone when you don’t.

In addition to therapy, I’m frequently invited to speak and consult through workshops, group facilitation, curriculum implementation, masterclasses, and clinical supervision.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients will gain clarity and a deeper understanding of themselves, including the generational dysfunctional patterns that have shaped their current behaviors. Together, we will explore how past trauma continues to influence their present, empowering them with the insight needed to break cycles and move forward with intention and healing.
