Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they don’t feel judged, rushed, or like they need to “have it all together” before starting therapy. I focus on creating a relationship that feels safe, grounded, and human—where you can show up as you are, not just as the version of yourself you think you should be.

I specialize in prenatal and postpartum mental health and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I also support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional load that can come with major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I help clients slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface—emotionally, mentally, and within their relationships—so patterns start to make sense rather than feel overwhelming or confusing.

I integrate evidence-based modalities with a focus on emotional awareness, nervous system support, and practical change. I also believe that meaningful growth comes from both insight and action, so we work toward understanding yourself more deeply while also building tools that support your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are collaborative and flexible based on what you need that day. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions or recent experiences, while others may be more structured and focused on coping skills, communication strategies, or identifying patterns that are getting in the way of how you want to feel or show up in your life.

I’ll follow your lead while also offering reflections, gentle challenges, and practical tools when helpful. Over time, sessions are meant to help you feel more supported, more connected to yourself, and more equipped to navigate what you’re carrying outside of therapy.
