Ashlee is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters from Nova SouthEastern University. She has been in the mental Health field since 2001 and has many experiences working with children and adults. She has provided therapy for individuals, families, and groups.
Ashlee uses client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapeutic techniques to assist children, adolescents, and adults in building coping skills to deal with intrapersonal, family, relationship, and mental health issues.
I will complete an overall assessment to assist with developing a treatment plan to help the client reach individual goals.Clients will have their feelings validated and will learn coping strategies to assist them to improve overall satisfaction in the direction of their lives.
