Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a mental health counselor who has been in the field in various roles for over 10 years! I currently see clients who range from 5 years old to 85 years old and work with a range of mental health issues. I have worked in a number of settings including schools, nonprofit programs and community mental health agencies. I love helping others protect their peace and develop improved self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, humanistic approach to therapy which is based in creating a safe space. I believe establishing an alliance through humor and direct feedback is important to the client's journey in counseling and in life.

What you can expect from me

During a first session, I aim to provide a warm, person-centered environment to allow clients to feel comfortable as well as seen and heard. I also hope to impart information about my style of therapy and start to establish therapeutic relationship based on collaboration to ensure the client is setup for success throughout treatment.
