Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashlee Gulley, M.Ed. — a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people feel truly seen and supported. For more than 14 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults to navigate life’s hardest moments.

As a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and Grief Recovery Specialist, I know how heavy life can feel when you’ve learned to “be strong” and keep your pain hidden. You don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore.

My goal is to offer you a warm, safe space where you can breathe deeply, be your full self, and start finding relief. Together, we can gently untangle what feels overwhelming and begin moving toward healing, peace, and a renewed sense of hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we explore not only the pain you’ve been holding, but also the strengths you already have within you. I often use a blend of person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and practical tools for regulation and coping — so you leave each session feeling heard and equipped with strategies you can use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me that our work helps them feel lighter, clearer, and more in touch with themselves. You can expect to take away a deeper understanding of your emotions, new ways to navigate difficult moments, and a growing sense of peace. My goal is that you leave sessions feeling supported and empowered to move forward, step by step.
