Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering and collaborative. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity and respect for their lived experience. In our work together, you can expect honesty, encouragement and practical tools you can apply outside of sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered and trauma informed. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, understood and empowered in the therapeutic space. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, goals and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on creating a safe, comfortable space and getting to know you. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, your concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together.
