Great to meet you!

I know how vulnerable and scary it can be to start therapy. Who you choose to help you along your healing journey is not a decision to be made lightly. I’m a firm believer that the relationship between the client and therapist is one of the most important factors to ensure success.

I earned my Master's degree in 2017 from Holy Family University. I’ve completed trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-Prolonged Exposure, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, trauma, and grief. I have experience working in a hospital-based DBT and trauma program, as well as a group practice setting, with teens and adults.

Additional areas of focus include relationships, communication difficulties, self-esteem, boundary setting, coping skill development, depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on building a strong, safe and trusting relationship with my clients. My goal is to bring my professional experience and my authentic self into our work together.

I believe that you deserve to live your life the way you want, and I believe everyone has an inner wisdom, and one of my goals is to help you reconnect with it, and feel more confident listening to what it’s telling you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect us to get to know each other during the first session, without pressure, at a pace that works for them. Clients will not be pressured to share everything the first day, and not until they are ready. We will also work to develop goals for therapy together.
