Great to meet you!
I know how vulnerable and scary it can be to start therapy. Who you choose to help you along your healing journey is not a decision to be made lightly. I’m a firm believer that the relationship between the client and therapist is one of the most important factors to ensure success.
I earned my Master's degree in 2017 from Holy Family University. I’ve completed trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-Prolonged Exposure, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, trauma, and grief. I have experience working in a hospital-based DBT and trauma program, as well as a group practice setting, with teens and adults.
Additional areas of focus include relationships, communication difficulties, self-esteem, boundary setting, coping skill development, depression and anxiety.
